Risk Priority Matrix for Combined Assessments

The risk priority matrix shows at a glance the most severe risks which require urgent attention. In this case the summary display is shown and all risks from subsidiary assessments are included. This allows a divisional manager to get an instant view of the risk control across his whole division, including possibly 5 programmes of 30 projects. Any box can be opened and the user can drill down to the specific risk in any subsidiary assessment with a single click.

When actions have been developed, the risk priority matrix shows their effects. Preventative actions will move risks to the right of the matrix, whilst limiting actions move them down.
