Risk Priority Matrix

The risk priority matrix always shows at a glance those risks which are the most severe and require urgent attention.

When actions have been developed, the risk priority matrix shows their effects. Preventative actions will move risks to the right of the matrix, whilst limiting actions move them down.

The risks have moved to the right and down. When you have time, the risks that are still nearest the red could need further action.
