Risk Form

The risk form is used to input and view detailed information on each risk.

The graphs show potential risk exposure in cost and delay. The upper graphs show exposure before actions are identified and the lower graphs show the residual exposure should proposed actions be taken. The red bar is an indication of the level of uncertainty.

The lower section of the form is used to input the potential impact and probability of the risk occurring. Impact can be assessed as a single value or up to 7 values, to cover all alternatives. The chance of the risk can be a single setting or a range, even up to the whole range from Definite to None, indicating "I don't know".
