Although our QuickStart is a fixed price package, we tailor it to the needs of your company to help you start using RiskAid as quickly as possible.
The service consists of:
- An initial assessment of your risk management needs and status
- Integration of best practice risk framework into your business processes (if required)
- Integration of best practice risk management processes into your management processes (if required)
- Three single-user RiskAid or RiskAid Enterprise Licences
- Facilitation of first project risk assessment
- A one day risk management training course for a maximum of 10 staff
- Raising awareness of company risk framework & culture
- Understanding risk assessment at each appropriate level - strategic, programme, project and operational (RiskAid Enterprise only)
- Using RiskAid/RiskAid Enterprise
QuickStart will ensure that staff quickly become capable risk management practitioners, working within your business framework.
